The room's decor was quite unique and captivating - featuring a Mexican theme with walls adorned with illuminated cubby holes showcasing various ornaments. The bed itself was decent; while it wasn't a memory foam mattress, it was still comfortable. My room overlooked the main road, and at first, I found it a bit noisy, but once I closed the internal secondary double glazing, it became pleasantly quiet. It's a great location for those with early morning hospital appointments, and there are numerous diverse dining options within a short 5-minute walk. I would definitely consider staying here again if I need to be in the area.

What a delightful and one-of-a-kind boutique hotel! The staff were exceptionally warm and professional, and my room was spotless. I truly loved the decor and the overall atmosphere. I decided to go for the breakfast, and it was definitely a fantastic decision. There's a charming Italian restaurant right beneath the hotel that I highly recommend. A convenient leaflet in my room had all the details I needed for getting around on the bus and underground. The toiletries were L'Occitane, which I absolutely adore, and the fluffy white towels were such a nice touch. I also appreciated the Blu-ray library!
