We had a fantastic experience at the hotel. It is situated in a wonderful part of the city, within a short bus ride to the city centre, and is located in a vibrant area where everything you need is close by. Every member of staff we encountered was incredibly friendly, making our stay very comfortable. The option to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out made our day in London even more enjoyable. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, perfect for a couple like us. We were also very pleased with the condition of the bathroom. We booked a room with a shared bathroom, and according to the hotel's policy, we only had to share with one other room. Additionally, we loved the high-quality complimentary tea and coffee provided. Overall, if you are planning a trip to London, this is an ideal place to stay!
The room's decor was quite unique and captivating, featuring a Mexican theme with walls decorated with illuminated cubby holes displaying various ornaments. The bed itself was decent; while it wasn't a memory foam mattress, it was still comfortable. My room overlooked the main road, and initially, I found it a bit noisy, but once I closed the internal secondary double glazing, it became pleasantly quiet. It's a great location for those with early morning hospital appointments, and there are plenty of diverse dining options within a short five-minute walk. I would certainly consider staying here again if I need to be in the area.
