Everything was fantastic. I particularly loved the calm, friendly, and accommodating demeanor of the staff when we arrived quite late at 1am. The same warmth was present during breakfast, making it a genuinely relaxing experience. The hotel is beautifully decorated with lovely artwork, and the bright design and color palette are delightful. The beds were incredibly cozy, the linens were fresh, and the modern bathroom was immaculate. I also appreciated having tea and coffee facilities in the room. The breakfast selection was impressively diverse, comparable to what you might find in a 4 or 5-star hotel. One specific incident truly showcased the professionalism of the staff. A guest arrived just as we did, and in an unfortunate accident, the glass door shattered. Thankfully, no one was injured, but the staff member at the reception managed the situation with such grace, checking on the guest and ensuring she was alright. She was understandably a bit shaken but appreciated the understanding that accidents can happen. By the next morning, everything was fixed and back to normal. This incident really highlighted the high standards of the hotel and its management team. Given all that’s included, the price per night is an absolute steal!

Our room was fantastic with a lovely balcony, though we did find the TV a bit small for the space. The bathroom was beautiful. The staff who greeted us were very friendly and gave us great recommendations for local spots that we checked out on our way home. Breakfast was a bit of a letdown... there was no one at the desk, and while the food was decent, the coffee machine only dispensed water, so we had to rely on sachets. The bacon was quite overcooked and not edible, which disappointed our son, and the beans were served cold. However, the small selection of fruit, yogurt, and berries was nice, and there was plenty of bread available. The car parking situation was really well organized. It’s a pity they don’t offer evening meals and the bar was closed during our stay. We would definitely return, as the room was spacious and comfortable. Plus, having a McDonald's in the car park isn’t too bad!
