Our stay was truly beyond what we had hoped for. The staff was not only courteous and professional, but they also went the extra mile to make our experience memorable. We were celebrating our anniversary, which we mentioned during our booking, and to our surprise, we were upgraded to a stunning room with a breathtaking view. They even surprised us with some delightful sweets and a lovely 'happy anniversary' card. I was so touched by their thoughtfulness that I couldn't help but get a little emotional (I guess I'm a softie at heart). This trip was incredibly special for us, and the hotel staff made it even more unforgettable. The room itself was immaculate, cozy, and impressively spacious, complete with a lovely view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which is a big deal since my partner is quite particular about sleeping arrangements. Although our stay was brief due to work commitments, we didn't have the chance to enjoy the spa facilities, but we are definitely looking forward to returning for a longer visit and hopefully indulging in those amenities then!
We had stunning views from our room, and the space was incredibly comfortable with a fantastic layout and a spacious, spotless bathroom. It was easy to adjust the room temperature, and they even provided extra radiators for added warmth during our December stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always eager to assist. To top it off, we received a complimentary room upgrade since we were celebrating a birthday, and they thoughtfully arranged balloons, a banner, and a cake at our request. The hotel restaurant was impeccably clean and well-organized. Finding parking was a breeze, with convenient spaces located right beneath the hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the shopping centers, winter market, and the castle. Our weekend here was absolutely delightful, and I would not hesitate to book another stay at this hotel!
