I arrived a bit late, so I didn't have the chance to enjoy the facilities. However, during my brief stay, I found the staff to be incredibly helpful, and the room was exceptionally comfortable. The bed and pillows were among the best I've ever experienced. I did make sure to call the hotel because I left a personal item in the room that was very meaningful to me, even if it wasn't of high monetary value. I was quite anxious to retrieve it and spoke with a lovely lady named Kelsey. She reached out to me multiple times, far more than I anticipated, to ensure I got my item back safely. Many might think this is standard service, but in my experience, it’s not always the case. I want to express my gratitude to Kelsey 🙏 and I even called the hotel to request that she be recognized in any team meetings or customer appreciation discussions. I will definitely return to this hotel; for me, the staff's service is just as important as the room itself, and both were excellent here. Plus, it’s a fantastic value and conveniently located for exploring Dundee City.
The price was excellent value for what you receive, and the location was absolutely ideal. The parking area was spacious, and the entrance was neat and inviting. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful, particularly a lovely young lady who made me feel right at home. The bar area was very well-maintained and clean, although the prices were slightly high, which is to be expected in hotels. The team were among the friendliest people I’ve come across. The young lady in the evening helped me with my food order and drink selections, and the gentleman who delivered it was warm and friendly throughout. My room was delightful, very comfortable, and beautifully presented. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, although I do believe the little details matter; perhaps a bit more coffee, sugar, tea, milk, and even some hot chocolate would be appreciated, especially considering how chilly Dundee can be.
