Upon arrival, I discovered that I needed to check in at a nearby hotel, and the contact number for the Board Inn website was unresponsive. I only found this out once I got there, and until then, I couldn't reach the accommodation. OYO appeared to be completely unaware of this situation. When I emailed them to point out that the contact number seemed incorrect, I received no reply. Trying to call them resulted in a brief, confusing message before the call was disconnected.
