We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! We brought our dogs along, and the room was fantastic. We made sure to bring a big blanket so the pups wouldn’t leave too much fur behind. The shower was incredible, and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help us. The food was simply AMAZING; I had the salmon and my husband enjoyed the steak. Both were perfectly seasoned and served in generous portions. We used this place as our base for tackling Pen-y-ghent and will definitely return for our next two peaks. The outdoor area was lovely, very peaceful, and just perfect for the price! Happy husband, happy dogs, and a truly delightful stay!

The warmth and attentiveness of the staff were truly outstanding. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. Our room was both chic and cozy, and the dining was fantastic—the steak & Guinness pie was absolutely heavenly! To our surprise, we were treated to a full hot breakfast in the morning, rather than just a continental option as we had anticipated from the booking site. The location is perfect for exploring the dales as well. Highly recommended!
