GREAT THINGS! This hotel is perfect for a quick overnight stay. It's conveniently located within a short walk from Queens Road station and has a variety of bars and dining options nearby. The self check-in process was smooth and straightforward, with detailed instructions sent to you ahead of time. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast and lounge area in the basement has a unique vibe and offers a great selection of teas and filter coffee that you can enjoy at any hour. My room was stocked with fresh, fluffy towels and a good supply of soap and wash gel. I opted for the optional continental breakfast for £8, and it was delightful—plenty of fruit, cereal, yogurt, sourdough bread, various milk options, and delicious pastries and muffins. LESSER POINTS! My bathroom was a bit on the smaller side, with a narrow shower door, but the shower itself was powerful and refreshing. The bed could use a more comfortable mattress and full-size pillows. There wasn't much space to store clothes, and having a mirror on the desk would have been handy. The main thing to note is the noise level. It's situated on a busy road without double glazing (which is understandable), so there’s some noise throughout the day and night. Plus, other guests coming in late can be a bit loud, and it would be great if staff could remind them to keep it down. My tip for future guests would be to bring earplugs! (Maybe providing them in the rooms could be a nice touch?)

I think everyone knows the saying "you get what you pay for." In this case, this accommodation truly surpasses expectations for a place in London. The rooms I've stayed in are on the smaller side, but the decor and overall fixtures are quite nice. Each room comes with a chair, a small desk, wifi, and a TV. The en suite bathroom was excellent, with clean towels and a good selection of shower toiletries. The room was cozy and warm. The breakfast area is well-decorated, clean, and tidy, and the continental breakfast is fantastic—those muffins and filter coffee are simply amazing! It's a great deal for the price. If you're traveling for work and need a place to stay overnight, you really couldn't ask for more. There's a Wetherspoons just a short walk away for dinner options. Communication was seamless via email for accessing the property outside of reception hours, and the system works well. The reception staff were very helpful. I also appreciated the nice touch of being able to purchase drinks and snacks on an honesty basis at the reception. Just a heads up, you might hear some noise from other guests coming and going in the evening, but it wasn't a problem for me. Finding free local street parking can be a bit of a challenge (I managed to snag a spot), but there's also local Town Centre Parking on Cerise Rd as a backup option, just an 8-minute walk away. Overall, fantastic value!
