The staff were incredibly accommodating after I made an error with my booking; I accidentally reserved a double room instead of a twin, but they quickly helped me sort it out. They even allowed me to upgrade to the entire apartment, which made my stay very enjoyable and comfortable. There’s a supermarket just a few minutes' walk away, along with several fast food options nearby. The apartment was equipped with a cooker, fridge, and microwave, which was perfect since the supermarket was so close. I’ll definitely be returning, as the value for money is outstanding.

The downstairs room was spacious, clean, and well-organized. The kitchen and lounge area were lovely. The room was tidied up most days. The manager was fantastic, providing support to my friend with their disabilities and other needs. She was incredibly accommodating, always ready to assist whenever possible. It was reassuring to know she was available if my friend required anything. Thank you for the wonderful service!
