I requested my company book this hotel for me for one night as I was in the area for business. Initially my experience was a bad one as when checking in for the night on 10/06 I was informed by the receptionist my booking even though it had been received around 5 hours before could not be fulfilled as they had no rooms available (It seems they missed my booking coming through and sold all the rooms in the meantime). This resulted in me having to look for alternate accommodation late in the evening, having found an alternative 55 miles away I stayed elsewhere. The following day I decided to give this hotel a second chance, I booked the room and called immediately for confirmation that the same scenario as the night before would not be repeated. I arrived to check in on the second night where I had no issues at all, having already received an apology I didn't hold any grudge, I was just happy to not have any issues. Once in the room I found it to be fantastic value for money, it was a good size, very clean, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, the air con worked perfectly, the range of tea and coffee plus the complimentary bottles of water was great, the complimentary soaps were better than most budget hotels so overall it was a 10/10 stay. I would like to make a special mention to the receptionist that greeted me on both occasions even though my initial experience was a bad one she dealt with it very professionally, on the second day she welcomed me back with a lovely smile. She is an absolute asset to the business, I look forward to returning to the same welcome and having a laugh again. Overall my experience was very positive after the initial negative.

From begining we had ease of help while booking with Prashansa helping us. We had an amazing stay at this hotel apartment! It was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, close to NCP parking, making it perfect for our group of three adults. The location was highly accessible as it was close to railway station, at the high street, nearby parking etc. and nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and a comfortable experience throughout. One of the highlights was the included breakfast, which was delicious and had a great variety to choose from. Prashansa and Apinz made us feel comfortable during our stay. Overall, a fantastic stay—highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, best customer service and great experience! 😊🏨✨
