My experience at Belvilla Hotel was exceptional. The hotel was spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and served as a perfect sanctuary for unwinding. I want to extend my gratitude to Prashansha, who was incredibly supportive during my stay. She patiently provided me with numerous fantastic suggestions for local dining and nightlife. Despite my challenges with hearing, she ensured I grasped everything clearly, truly going the extra mile to help me. The hotel’s location is ideal—just a short walk from Newport Station, yet it remains tranquil and peaceful, striking a wonderful balance between accessibility and a serene environment. Breakfast was a highlight each morning, largely thanks to Fathema. Her friendly and inviting service made every meal enjoyable. The impressive variety of choices was delightful, and her warmth made me feel right at home. A special shoutout to Malina from housekeeping, whose meticulous attention to detail and commitment kept my room immaculate and comfortable throughout my visit. Prashansha, Fathema, and Malina truly deserve recognition for their remarkable dedication and outstanding service. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly endorse Belvilla Hotel. Thanks to the amazing team—especially Prashansha, Fathema, and Malina—my stay was absolutely perfect. I eagerly look forward to my next visit!

I had an amazing experience! The room was spacious and impeccably clean. I loved having a kettle with tea, milk, sugar, and coffee, along with mugs at my disposal. The two bottles of water and glasses were a thoughtful touch. The room also featured a chair and a bin, and the air conditioning functioned flawlessly. The double bed had a firm mattress and pillows, just the way I prefer, and the duvet was incredibly cozy and warm. The 32" TV was a nice addition, and there were plenty of electrical outlets available. The bathroom was a good size, tidy, and spotless, complete with towels and toiletries, plus a hairdryer and hanging space. I felt so comfortable that I chose to stay in bed and skip breakfast (which I believe was continental?). It’s just a short 5-minute walk from the train station, shopping areas, and bus stops. Even with other guests around, it was surprisingly peaceful, unlike some other popular chains! I had previously stayed here when it was under a different name, but it has definitely improved. Both ladies at the reception were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and professional.
