The view from our bedroom was absolutely breathtaking. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to meet our needs, especially with our 17-month-old toddler in tow. The gentleman at the front desk was even thoughtful enough to provide warm water for preparing my baby's milk. Breakfast was delightful, and my little one enjoyed it immensely! It truly felt like a home away from home. Our room was located on the first floor, which made it a bit challenging to carry things up and down, but it was manageable. Considering any minor inconveniences, the room price was quite reasonable. We were also able to fit a travel cot in the room. All in all, we had a fantastic four-day stay!

This is a little hidden gem of a hotel. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and have what you need. The 'lift' for shanklin front is maybe a 4 minute walk and the bus stop is right outside if you want to explore. Fantastic lounge area too with a pool table! Would recommend staying here!
