This is a cheap hotel, so don't expect too much. But the location was just 10min walk from the sea front. Some parking in the grounds. It was clean. Our room was clean and we paid £5 extra for a family room and got lots of space. Yes there was some maintenance issues to be dealt with but nothing serious. Breakfast is now not a full English. But was included in the booking. There was choice and was ok. Will we go back when visiting this area again, as we do? Assuming no big jump in booking fee - definitely.

Very good hotel, friendly staff, booked a superior room which was a nice size and with a balcony and view of the lovely gardens , breakfast was a bit disappointing with no full English available, but included was fried eggs hash browns, cereals and pastrys which were all very nice, the bar was modern with a good atmosphere and decent prices
