I requested a refund because I mistakenly booked the wrong dates of 18/19th August instead of 11/12th August. I reached out for a revision on 9th August and was informed that I would receive a response within 24 hours. This was under your ID 4384470996. On the morning of 11th August, while we were in Skegness, we visited the hotel hoping to find that the booking had been updated (which it hadn’t). There was a vacant room, 204, and the hotel charged us £80 on invoice ME5Z0450. Later that evening, when we returned to the hotel, we learned that you had revised the original booking, which meant we ended up paying for the same room twice. It seems you have a connection with the hotel, as they informed me that any refund would need to go through you, but when I tried to discuss this with you, I was told that the hotel is responsible for any refunds. We believe there should be a refund of either £62.78 from you or £80 from the hotel. Please communicate with each other to find a solution. We enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the hotel to friends. I look forward to your response. R West
