Incredibly clean hotel, with spotless rooms and facilities. The reception staff are exceptionally helpful. While the exterior of the hotel may appear a bit worn, it doesn't reflect the high quality found inside. The rooms are quite functional, designed primarily for a good night's sleep, and they excel in that regard. This hotel isn't really set up for families, but it's ideal for young couples or solo travelers looking for a cozy place to rest after a day of exploring. In this sense, the hotel deserves high praise for enhancing my overall experience.
The communal areas were quite chilly. It felt like the hotel was partially closed for the winter season. I had hoped to check in 30 minutes early to make it to an appointment, but unfortunately, they couldn't accommodate my request. This meant I had to adjust my plans and check in later, which was a bit frustrating since I had previously inquired about an earlier check-in!
