The hotel staff and manager were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist. There was complimentary coffee available in the lobby. We were able to store our luggage on our final day at no extra cost. The room came equipped with an iron and a hairdryer, and fresh towels were provided upon request. The location was fantastic, with numerous bus and metro options, plus a direct bus to the airport.

I really enjoyed the charming vintage decor. It was a delightful stay. The rooms were simple yet cozy. The location is perfect for getting in and out of London. I would certainly choose to stay here again in the future for the price.
