The OYO The Baltimore Hotel is a budget hotel with standardised amenities at the best value. Guests are assured of a superior check-in experience with their free WiFi, room heater and bar.

The reception staff were incredibly accommodating and gladly assisted me with a manual check-in, as I had been on the road for over five hours and didn’t have the chance to complete the self-check-in before arriving. They suggested a nearby takeaway for dinner since their kitchen had already closed by the time I got there. To my surprise, they even offered to provide breakfast the next morning at no additional charge, even though I hadn’t selected that option when booking. The room was spacious enough for one person, and the bathroom was excellent. The hotel was perfectly situated in town, making it convenient for my work commitments the following morning. All in all, I had a wonderful stay and experience, and I would definitely choose to stay here again if I return to Middlesbrough. The only reason I didn’t rate the facilities higher is that I didn’t really take advantage of them to provide a proper assessment.

We stayed for one night since we were attending a concert. We were aware that check-in wasn't until 3pm. The gentleman at the front desk, Riz, was incredibly apologetic, but we were perfectly fine with it. After grabbing some food and drinks, we returned to the hotel just as Riz was wrapping up his shift. He kindly came back inside, helped us with our luggage to the room we had reserved, and then surprised us by showing us a suite with a Jacuzzi bath, offering it to us for the same price as our original booking. His attentiveness and kindness were truly appreciated. Breakfast was delightful, though I did miss having bacon! I would absolutely stay here again.
