The young man at the front desk was outstanding! I accidentally left my phone in a taxi, and he went above and beyond to help me. He booked me a new taxi, let me use the hotel phone, and even offered me his personal phone to make calls. Plus, he gave me some fruit to snack on since nothing was open at 11 pm. Thanks to his efforts, the taxi driver returned my phone to the hotel at 3 am. I can't express how grateful I am; my trip would have been a disaster without him. Truly excellent service!
I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfy, just what I needed after a long day. Plus, the parking was really convenient. Would def come back!
