The young man at the front desk was outstanding! I accidentally left my phone in a taxi, and he went above and beyond to help me. He booked me a new taxi, let me use the hotel phone, and even offered me his personal phone to make calls. Plus, he gave me some fruit to snack on since nothing was open at 11 pm. Thanks to his efforts, the taxi driver returned my phone to the hotel at 3 am. I can't express how grateful I am; my trip would have been a disaster without him. Truly excellent service!
The place is really easy to locate, so that's not a problem at all. The parking area is spacious, making it a breeze to find a spot. The staff members are friendly and courteous.
