❤Absolutely wonderful stay in Room 1....it was pure luxury!❤ Adored the fresh decor, the room was incredibly spacious, featuring a fantastic super king bed with a lovely seating area at the end. The high ceilings, sash windows, plush curtains, and perfect lighting were just delightful. There was ample wardrobe space and beautiful mirrors, plus tea and coffee to enjoy. The large bathroom boasted lovely fixtures, fluffy white towels, plenty of toiletries, and a well-lit mirror! Stunning views and an ideal location right on the high street with free parking just outside! I've stayed here six times and I love it every time❤ There's always something new to discover with each visit. The owners and staff are so friendly and have put in tremendous effort to create a fantastic hotel experience. With its own bar, Indian restaurant, and a superb beer garden by the river, it truly is a lovely getaway.❤ Thank you for a wonderful weekend💥

We had an amazing time at a wedding in Great Ayton, and I can't recommend this place enough! The bedroom and bathroom were spotless, and the beds were super comfy. We felt safe with the windows open, which was a nice touch. We also enjoyed a bar snack, and the food was fantastic—an Indian/Asian flair with a great variety on the menu. Absolutely excellent! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, truly making our stay special. Oh, and don't forget about the free parking right in the main area outside the hotel! Just a heads up, the cobbled area has a 2-hour limit, so be cautious, and if you're unsure, just ask the hotel for guidance.
