I’m writing this review based on the customer service I received from the call centre for this hotel and the property manager. I booked a room for one night last night but unfortunately, due to renovations I couldn’t stay at the guesthouse. The service I received from the staff via email, through the call centre and through the property manager themselves was fantastic. They relocated me to a lovely hotel at no extra expense and the relocation process was very easy. The people in the call centre were very helpful too and gave me some good advice and reassurance. I will definitely be trying the guest house when the renovations are complete. Thank you 😀
