I booked the hotel prior to reading any of the reviews and after doing so I was worried about what I would be walking into but to my surprise i didn't find it half as bad as some reviews made it seem, yeah the building itself is dated and in need of some TLC but we were out majority of the time so the room suited our needs, the location was perfect and meant we didn't need to go far to enjoy our days out, we were close enough to enjoy the beach get back clean up and head back out again. I liked the use of codes to access the building and although you hardly see anyone face to face the help received when I called was exceptional, I did have the grace of coming into contact with a few people and honestly they were more than helpful and really welcoming, the house keeping team were so lovely and helpful so aside from a building that needs updating we had a wonderful stay
Really clean and comfortable for the price. Location is perfect and couldn’t ask for any betteras it’s right next to all arcades and attractions, also it is next to the beach. Would definitely recommend for the price it is at.
