The service here is really quick, and the staff are responsive; if you ask for water or a coffee refill, it arrives at your room in under five minutes. The location is fantastic, with plenty of dining options nearby where you can enjoy good meals at very reasonable prices. Plus, the Madinat Zayed shopping mall is just a short 300-400 meters away for any shopping needs. On the downside, the rooms are a bit small and feel cramped for the price point, even though this hotel is more affordable compared to others. The reception staff, who are mostly Filipino, could be a bit more cheerful and welcoming, as they sometimes come off as a bit grumpy. However, they do respond well to inquiries. I did meet two janitors, Saeed Khan from Pakistan and Unais from Sri Lanka, who were both very friendly and helpful. Overall, the staff is quite good, and my experience has been enjoyable. They are also flexible with check-in and check-out times, which really enhances customer satisfaction. In terms of cleanliness, the rooms are decent, and my bathroom was tidy. There’s no fan in the room, but the air conditioning works wonderfully; even when it’s off, the room stays pleasantly cool. You can call the reception for any questions, and their response time is impressive. It would be great if they could provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shaving kits, but overall, I had a very nice stay.

The room (414) was spotless and had a pleasant aroma. The location is fantastic—close to restaurants and just a short walk to the mall. Here are a few areas for improvement that I noticed: _x000D_ 1. The two ladies at the front desk could be more welcoming; they didn’t smile at all, and the same goes for the lady during checkout. However, there was a male Filipino receptionist in the evening who was very kind and accommodating. Mr. Saeed from the hotel staff was also extremely helpful. _x000D_ 2. The room was quite chilly, and we couldn’t turn off the air conditioning because the walls and floor of the bathroom would become damp. We tried switching it off one night, but water began to leak from the ceiling in the bathroom. The thermostat didn’t seem to work properly. While the bathroom was clean, we occasionally noticed a urine smell, possibly coming from the floor drain or the carpet near the bathroom. _x000D_ _x000D_ Despite these observations, our overall experience at the hotel was enjoyable and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
