This hotel deserves a solid 5 stars ⭐️! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is cozy and affordable, which is a big plus. I really appreciated how helpful everyone was with my questions. A special shoutout to Franz for making my check-in process so smooth and quick! I also want to thank Samara for allowing me to leave my main luggage behind while I explored the city with just my hand carry after checking out. It made navigating the metro subway a breeze! The hotel is conveniently located near the BurJuman subway station, making it easy to switch from the red line to the green line. The swimming pool is fantastic, and the sauna and gym facilities are top-notch. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and I particularly enjoyed sampling the Arabic dishes—they were delicious! ❤️ I stayed on the second floor, and even at midnight, I could hear the club's music, but it didn’t bother me at all. For those who prefer a quieter environment, it might be a consideration, but a pair of earplugs would do the trick. I just turned on my iPad and it worked perfectly for me. I still managed to get a good night's sleep without any interruptions!

Het buffet, zowel 's ochtends als 's avonds, was zeer uitgebreid en smakelijk. Vers fruit, yoghurt, eieren, warme gerechten, gebakjes, ... Het bed en de kussens lagen heerlijk! Het beddengoed was ook heel schoon! Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De ligging is ideaal! Dichtbij metrostation BurJuman. De eerste kamer was netjes, maar het raam sloot niet helemaal, waardoor het geluid van de auto's buiten goed te horen was. De tweede kamer had een onaangename geur, maar dit probleem werd later opgelost door het tapijt te reinigen. Er was wat schimmel in de douche, wat ook deels werd aangepakt. De geluidsisolatie was niet optimaal, je hoort alles op de gang. Het was niet helemaal schoon; er lag zelfs een kippenbotje achter ons nachtkastje. Tip: Ga vroeg ontbijten, want de akoestiek is niet geweldig! Het dakterras en zwembad zijn mooi, maar het is niet echt ontspannend om te zonnebaden door de vele omgevingsgeluiden.
