This hotel deserves a solid 5 stars ⭐️! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is cozy and affordable, which is a big plus. I really appreciated how helpful everyone was with my questions. A special shoutout to Franz for making my check-in process so smooth and quick! I also want to thank Samara for allowing me to leave my main luggage behind while I explored the city with just my hand carry after checking out. It made navigating the metro subway a breeze! The hotel is conveniently located near the BurJuman subway station, making it easy to switch from the red line to the green line. The swimming pool is fantastic, and the sauna and gym facilities are top-notch. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and I particularly enjoyed sampling the Arabic dishes—they were delicious! ❤️ I stayed on the second floor, and even at midnight, I could hear the club's music, but it didn’t bother me at all. For those who prefer a quieter environment, it might be a consideration, but a pair of earplugs would do the trick. I just turned on my iPad and it worked perfectly for me. I still managed to get a good night's sleep without any interruptions!

La atención en recepción por parte del sr. Samara y el resto del equipo ha sido excepcional. Nos acompañaron especialmente el primer día, brindándonos apoyo incluso con la llegada de un hijo que llegó fuera de hora. Al igual que el personal de recepción, siempre estuvieron atentos a las necesidades de los pasajeros. La atención de la srta. NERISSA en el restaurante fue muy buena, siempre dispuesta a ayudar y muy diligente. Es importante tener cuidado al momento de pagar, ya que no aceptan American Express en recepción; sus terminales no la reciben y no hay forma electrónica del hotel para realizar el pago online. Solo se puede hacer a través de booking al momento de la reserva. Para hacerlo, tendría que cancelar, perder todos los descuentos y volver a reservar a través de booking ya estando en recepción para hacer el check-in, a pesar de que dicen que sí se puede. Además, la tarjeta se recibe como garantía en la reserva. En resumen, si planean pagar con AE, no podrán hacerlo al llegar a recepción. También noté que no hay señal de wifi en la zona de la piscina en la terraza.
