The staff was incredibly welcoming, truly one of the best experiences I've had in my 20 years in the industry. I want to give a special shoutout to AISHA, who I believe exemplifies outstanding customer service. Darlene also made our check-in process seamless and hassle-free. Overall, the staff was courteous and friendly. If I could suggest anything for the room, it would be to have more channels or options like Netflix, Prime, or YouTube on the TV, as they have a large screen but fewer channels available. But that's just a personal preference!
L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement exceptionnel, juste en face de la station de métro Financial Center. Actuellement en rénovation, cela peut être un peu dérangeant. Cependant, dès que j'ai mentionné ma petite gêne, on m'a rapidement proposé une autre chambre avec une vue magnifique sur la tour Khalifa. Le personnel est vraiment à l'écoute, en particulier Khadija que je tiens à remercier.
