The staff was incredibly welcoming, truly one of the best experiences I've had in my 20 years in the industry. I want to give a special shoutout to AISHA, who I believe exemplifies outstanding customer service. Darlene also made our check-in process seamless and hassle-free. Overall, the staff was courteous and friendly. If I could suggest anything for the room, it would be to have more channels or options like Netflix, Prime, or YouTube on the TV, as they have a large screen but fewer channels available. But that's just a personal preference!
La posizione è comoda, vicino alla metro. Tuttavia, l'hotel si trova di fronte a una strada molto trafficata e rumorosa. Un altro aspetto da considerare è il numero limitato di ascensori: ci sono 30 piani e solo quattro ascensori, il che può creare un po' di attesa. La reception, purtroppo, sembra non essere all'altezza del flusso di ospiti che entrano ed escono. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, non è proprio adatta ai gusti degli italiani, poiché è più orientata verso le preferenze dei clienti asiatici e arabi.
