Overall, we definitely recommend this place! The location is great, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The receptionists were wonderful, and Hassan from housekeeping was especially kind, attentive, and accommodating—he made sure all our requests were met. We felt well taken care of during our stay. Just a heads up, there wasn't any breakfast offered, and parking on the premises was unavailable. We ended up paying over 100 dirhams to park in private spaces outside the hotel, which can add up since the outside parking is 10 dirhams per hour! So, if you're staying at the hotel, just keep in mind that every hour counts.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel. Being able to check in early was such a relief after my long journey. The room was tidy and everything felt brand new. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The housekeeping team and their supervisor clearly take pride in their work, as the room was cleaned thoroughly. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. This hotel is definitely great for families, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai. The location is also convenient, just a 10-15 minute walk to the gold souk.
