Exceptional Staff! The hotel boasts an incredibly attentive team who genuinely care about their guests. We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to each and every one of them. The cleanliness standards here are top-notch, and we especially want to acknowledge Sita from housekeeping. Abhiraj, Eugene, Sagar, and the wonderful ladies from the F&B team during breakfast and dinner were simply amazing; they welcomed us with warm smiles and ensured our satisfaction with their service. Ganga at the bell desk is such a delightful person, greeting us with a smile from the moment we arrived until our departure. Mahmood and Franz at the Front Desk were exceptional, accommodating us with an early check-in. The rooftop features a swimming pool and a 24-hour gym, with a very helpful lifeguard named Dileepa who is always ready to assist. The hotel rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. The location in Bur Dubai is perfect for those wanting to be near the city center and the airport, with the Burjuman metro station just a 5-minute walk away. There's also a local hypermarket, Lulu, right across from the hotel. We were fortunate to stay during National Day, and the hotel management graciously invited us to the cake-cutting ceremony and celebration, which was such a lovely gesture. This hotel deserves a solid 5 stars ⭐️! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is cozy and affordable, which is a big plus. I really appreciated how helpful everyone was with my questions. A special shoutout to Franz for making my check-in process so smooth and quick! I also want to thank Samara for allowing me to leave my main luggage behind while I explored the city with just my hand carry after checking out. It made navigating the metro subway a breeze! The hotel is conveniently located near the BurJuman subway station, making it easy to switch from the red line to the green line. The swimming pool is fantastic, and the sauna and gym facilities are top-notch. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and I particularly enjoyed sampling the Arabic dishes—they were delicious! ❤️ I stayed on the second floor, and even at midnight, I could hear the club's music, but it didn’t bother me at all. For those who prefer a quieter environment, it might be a consideration, but a pair of earplugs would do the trick. I just turned on my iPad and it worked perfectly for me. I still managed to get a good night's sleep without any interruptions!
