This hotel deserves a solid 5 stars ⭐️! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is cozy and affordable, which is a big plus. I really appreciated how helpful everyone was with my questions. A special shoutout to Franz for making my check-in process so smooth and quick! I also want to thank Samara for allowing me to leave my main luggage behind while I explored the city with just my hand carry after checking out. It made navigating the metro subway a breeze! The hotel is conveniently located near the BurJuman subway station, making it easy to switch from the red line to the green line. The swimming pool is fantastic, and the sauna and gym facilities are top-notch. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and I particularly enjoyed sampling the Arabic dishes—they were delicious! ❤️ I stayed on the second floor, and even at midnight, I could hear the club's music, but it didn’t bother me at all. For those who prefer a quieter environment, it might be a consideration, but a pair of earplugs would do the trick. I just turned on my iPad and it worked perfectly for me. I still managed to get a good night's sleep without any interruptions!

After a rocky start with check-in, we ended up having a lovely stay. It's essential to ask for a quiet room! Our initial experience was quite frustrating as we were placed in a room right above the nightclub, and it felt like we were trying to sleep on the dance floor with the music blasting until 4am! Thankfully, we were moved to a much quieter room, and from that point on, everything went smoothly. The room service was impressively quick, and the food was delicious. The rest of the staff were incredibly helpful, and the cleaners were attentive and did a great job. While the rooms could use a bit of updating, they were comfortable and had good amenities. Overall, it was a great value for the money and the location was fantastic. Just a heads up—make sure to request a quiet room if you decide to stay here!
