The staff was incredibly welcoming, truly one of the best experiences I've had in my 20 years in the industry. I want to give a special shoutout to AISHA, who I believe exemplifies outstanding customer service. Darlene also made our check-in process seamless and hassle-free. Overall, the staff was courteous and friendly. If I could suggest anything for the room, it would be to have more channels or options like Netflix, Prime, or YouTube on the TV, as they have a large screen but fewer channels available. But that's just a personal preference!
The food was delicious and freshly prepared. Every dish had great flavor, especially the main course, which was well-balanced and nicely presented. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and the staff made sure we were comfortable throughout the meal. The ambience was calm and clean, with a cozy atmosphere that made it easy to relax. Prices were fair for the quality and portion sizes. Overall, a great experience — I’d definitely recommend it and would be happy to come back again
