I recently stayed at this hotel in a one bedroom apartment and found it to be a pretty good option, with some notable pros and cons: Pros: • Affordable Pricing: For a one-bedroom apartment, the price was excellent for this season, offering great value for money. • Clean and Tidy: Being a new building, everything was spotless and well-maintained. • Fully Equipped: The apartment came with all the essentials, including a gas stove, oven, fridge, and more, making it convenient for longer stays. Cons: • Challenging Location: The location is tricky to navigate, especially for first-time visitors. Ordering food or cabs can be difficult due to its placement on Sheikh Zayed Road, and Google Maps doesn’t route the exit properly. • No Intercom: The absence of an intercom system is inconvenient. For any issues or inquiries, you have to go down to the reception. Overall Recommendation: If you can get a deal under AED 200–220, this hotel is a solid choice for a clean, well-equipped, and budget-friendly stay. However, be prepared to manage the slight inconveniences of the location and lack of nearby amenities.
