La atencion en recepcion del sr Samara y el resto del staf ha sido excepcional. acompañandonos.el priner dia especialmente, apoyandonos hasta la recepcion de un hijo, que llegaba fuera de hora. Al igual que el personal de recepcion, siempre atentos a las neecsidades de los pasajero.. Muy buena atencion de la srta NERISSA, en el restaurant, quien soluciono y estuvo siempre diligente.

The staff were all lovely, friendly and very helpful. The food was good quality. The hotel was clean and rooms done daily. There was maintenance engineers on site. The lifts were never out of service.
