The overall experience was quite serene and definitely justified the price. However, reaching out to the Oyo agent and obtaining the key was quite a hassle. We had requested a late check-in due to our late flight, but the agent was unresponsive and failed to arrive, despite our numerous calls prior to our arrival. This left us in a bit of a bind at midnight with our one-year-old baby, being told to look for another room. Eventually, after some persistence, we managed to get in. The room itself was decent, although some amenities like the kitchen and laundry were not fully operational, as it was a new apartment. The location is very central, making it a convenient spot to stay.
I had a very pleasant stay here for work. The staff was super friendly and made the check-in process quick and easy. The apartment was modern and clean, way better than what I usually expect for business trips. Plus, being so close to Dubai Mall was a huge bonus. Definitely recommend this place.
