It has been a great experience so far. The receptionist and security have been professional and helpful with our moving in process. Our car registration for plate recognition was smooth and easy with the damac living app. The maintenance team were responsive to our requests. The minor issues were resolved within same day. Located on high floor, we can barely hear the surrounding traffic noise. The view of the canal is excellent at night. The room construction is sturdy. Common hall way area is clean. They have carried out pest control with prior email/letter to tenant. The traffic congestion in the area has been improved compared to last year (we used to live in Zada Tower which is located next to Merano Tower) Overall, we are satisfied with the service received.
