The hotel itself could improve in certain areas, particularly with in-room amenities. For example, there were no tea or coffee facilities provided — only a kettle and glasses were available, which was slightly inconvenient. However, what truly made a positive difference during my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. The team was extremely kind, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. A special mention goes to Athula at the front desk, who was very cooperative and genuinely helpful. I accidentally left something behind at the hotel, and he went out of his way to assist me in recovering it. His kindness and dedication were highly appreciated. Housekeeping was also very good, maintaining cleanliness and responding promptly when needed. Overall, while the hotel facilities were average, the outstanding service from the staff especially Athula made the stay much more pleasant.
