This is not the place for you if you are wanting modern amenities. Yet if you want to stay at an authentic historic 1900s inn, this is the place for you! We were told that the inn is in the middle of remodeling and has new owners. I sincerely hope the new owners do not take away from any of the authentic details this historic site has. Within easy walking distance of local restaurants in the Town square and museums and the very very cool Opry House.
I love staying here on the way to Diamond Hill Mine. This place is old and spooky and charming. Little pub on the bottom floor is cute. But bring a power strip!! There's nowhere to plug anything in. Also, the AC outside the rooms and in the lobby seems to be broken.
