Neelam and her husband Nick are the current mangers for 1610 dodge city Travelodge on n Kansas. My phone was stolen a day before and I was frantic of my situation especially just landing here from Arizona. They helped me every step of the way by letting me use their phone, googling my phone provider (t-mobile) , catching rides to and from these places, and letting me call family and friends to let them know of my situation. My stay was pleasant and I felt safe all through the night even without my phone which is my world since all of my work related tools are on there and my personal banking methods as well. Very clean on the inside of my rooms even though the outside may look a little authentic , however , never judge a book by its cover . Really nice people and down to earth customer service which is really hard to find these days. I came from a hotel right down the road which didn’t even have anyone behind the desk . This place always had someone as soon as you walked in through the doors at any given time . Thank you Neelam and Nick . My respects from Prescott Arizona !!!!
For embarrassing mistakenly thought was one main hotel of white building to pink building next door neighbor, but how ever it a nice room, good service, just i didn't a good quality chance to sleep after being locked out in the parking and sleeping in my truck from the concert and rodeo show
