I am the manager and housekeeper at this location, we have taken everyone’s reviews into great consideration and have made many changes to the property. All rooms are getting a deep clean service, our customer service, has had a change we are practicing the best customer service and making our guests our number one priority. Please never hesitate to call the office or come into the office as we do enjoy interacting with our guests and request anything you may need or if you have a concern please know we are here to serve you and offer you a great experience at our hotel. Key chains have our QR code so that you are able to leave us your reviews. Rooms are also going through changes and upgrades, I have posted pictures of one of our first updated room.
After arriving from a very long flight the great service Olivia offered me was incredible. She was very nice attentive and very helpful. No doubt she made this stay welcoming. The only con was that there is no tv in the bedroom but the room is nice and cozy. Thank you again to Olivia at the front desk!
