Our room was very clean and our bed was super comfortable. The staff were so sweet and helpful. We only had an issue because we purposely booked a room with a kitchenette and the one we got did not work. But the staff gave us a partial refund and it honestly wasn't their fault the booking website was supposed to be more informative about the room.

The best customer service. Understanding and helpful staff. I could have hugged that gal that helped us tonight. She was awesome. Clean room. Safe area to walk my dogs, hot shower & comfy beds. Much needed after being evacuated from the alder springs fire. Thank you again for being so accommodating and kind during a very stressful situation.
