This hotel deserves a solid 5 stars ⭐️! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is cozy and affordable, which is a big plus. I really appreciated how helpful everyone was with my questions. A special shoutout to Franz for making my check-in process so smooth and quick! I also want to thank Samara for allowing me to leave my main luggage behind while I explored the city with just my hand carry after checking out. It made navigating the metro subway a breeze! The hotel is conveniently located near the BurJuman subway station, making it easy to switch from the red line to the green line. The swimming pool is fantastic, and the sauna and gym facilities are top-notch. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and I particularly enjoyed sampling the Arabic dishes—they were delicious! ❤️ I stayed on the second floor, and even at midnight, I could hear the club's music, but it didn’t bother me at all. For those who prefer a quieter environment, it might be a consideration, but a pair of earplugs would do the trick. I just turned on my iPad and it worked perfectly for me. I still managed to get a good night's sleep without any interruptions!

L'hotel si trova in una posizione molto comoda, vicinissima alla fermata Burjuman, dove si incrociano entrambe le metro di Dubai. Camere grandi e con arredamenti di qualità, sicuramente in passato deve essere stato un hotel di alto livello. Ora sarebbe da rivedere un po', ma offre comunque un soggiorno molto gradevole ad un prezzo competitivo. Tutto il personale è estremamente cortese e disponibile. A disposizione un ampio set di cortesia in bagno e ogni giorno delle bottigliette di acqua. La colazione offre un'ampia varietà di piatti prevalentemente legati alla cucina indiana. Tutto ottimo e ben cucinato, ma un tipo di colazione completamente diversa da quella classica italiana o europea. Non c'è marmellata o cioccolata. Solo del pane da mangiare con una gelatina oppure dei cornetti. Se si cerca una colazione in stile europeo è preferibile andare fuori. Ci sono caffetterie, bar e locali di ogni genere vicino all'hotel.
