We have visited OYO Bailbrook Lodge several times now, and the quality remains consistently high. From the moment you arrive until you check out, the staff are exceptionally attentive, polite, and genuinely caring. The room was spotless and kept that way throughout our stay. Breakfast is thoughtfully organized and delicious (just remember to pre-book your time and preferences - this system works wonderfully as it ensures your food arrives promptly). The whole building exudes charm from a bygone era, and its location on the outskirts of Bath is perfect, with plenty of free parking available (unlike a nearby hotel that charges £10 a day). We've already made plans for our next visit in a few weeks!

Charming historic property with beautiful original features, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the full English breakfast was plentiful and beautifully presented. We only stayed for a couple of nights, but I would definitely recommend it! 👍 It's a peaceful hotel with lovely gardens to relax in. Bath is easy to navigate, making it simple to explore the local historical sites. We were fortunate with the weather, which really enhanced our experience.
