Cons: - The hotel and rooms are small - The interior and furniture are quite worn out - The bed linen was soiled. The bathroom was also dirty - There is no lift in the hotel. Meanwhile, the staircase is narrow. The hotel is definitely not suitable for people with disabilities. We had to lift our luggage up the stairs manually Pros: - Great location. Huge Westfield shopping centre a couple of minutes walk away, as well as the tube station. Lots of pubs and restaurants nearby - Good value for money - Beautiful view from the window - Polite staff who helped lift suitcases to our floor Overall, it is a good hotel for its price and is perfect for a short stay. However, the interior and furniture definitely need to be freshened up
I love this hotel! I visit it every time. It has two tube lines nearby and a huge mall across the street. The people working there are really kind and nice! The rooms are not too big, but they are great. I saw someone said that they are for backpackers, but no they are not. We had 20 kilo suitcases and we were fine. If you can’t lift it, don’t take it with you! 😋 The bathroom is kind of small, especially if you are a bigger person. We are overweight but we were fine. Great value for money with a spot on location. Very clean rooms and great heating. Definitely worth it!
