The location of the property was absolutely perfect, with plenty of local amenities nearby. The room was spotless and maintained to a high standard, featuring an en suite bathroom with a great overhead shower. I found the bed incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were delightfully soft, which made for a fantastic night's sleep—just what I needed after a long day at work. The room also included a kettle for making tea and coffee, and there was a kitchen equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen had everything necessary if you feel like preparing your own meals, and the fridge was impressively clean compared to some other Airbnbs I've stayed at in the area, which is definitely a plus for storing food. Overall, I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area for work or leisure. I've heard from others that the check-in process was a bit confusing, but I personally had no issues. I even had a brief chat with the owner, and they mentioned that a new system is now in place. The place has also undergone a complete refurbishment, and it looks fantastic—kudos to Steve for providing such a lovely stay!
It is on a main busy road butt you can't hear it enough to disturb you. You can't hear any of the other people in the rooms as the doors & walls are thick Gorgeous room, has a luxury feel with the flooring, furniture, & panelled walls with backlights. Great design. The bed was comfy, sturdy and quiet with extra pillows on wardrobe if needed. Great features not many places have include - • A good sized smart TV without built in sound restrictions, already logged into the apps such as Netflix etc • 2 disposable bamboo personal care kits including a comb, toothbrush, tootpaste, ear plugs • Slippers • A holder for your tv remote • A bedside fan • Wifi details on the wall • USB outlets Felt very secure and safe, good price and near James Cook Hospital, a few good places to eat, shops over the road and close to the town centre. A great find overall, would definitely recommend!
