We had windows we could open, a lovely room with an en suite bathroom. The lighting and switches by the bed were fantastic. There was a proper TV (we're not fans of Netflix). The carpet in the room and hallway was nice. A long mirror was a great touch, and we enjoyed the double pillows. The receptionist was very friendly. The beds were super cozy, and the heating worked perfectly.

I always choose to stay here when I visit; it may not be the Ritz, but it’s clean, cozy, and warm. The staff are friendly and willing to help if you take the time to chat with them. A huge plus, especially in London, is that there’s a car park available for guests. The neighborhood feels safe and is conveniently close to shops and the tube.
