I've stayed at Capital O Duncanville probably 50 times over the last eight months, and they have consistently taken great care of me. If you're looking for the best bang for your dollar in the South Dallas area, I don't think you'll find a better value. This isn't a luxury hotel—it's a very basic, no-frills place to stay. But if you're looking for a clean, affordable room and friendly service, it's hard to beat. Some of the rooms include a refrigerator, and there's a microwave available on the property, which is a nice convenience for longer stays. The staff has always been friendly, and the general manager is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. They genuinely care about their guests and always do their best to make sure you're taken care of. My only suggestions would be to add a swimming pool or gym, along with complimentary breakfast and coffee. Those extras would make an already great value even better. Other than that, I've had a great experience every time I've stayed here. I highly recommend Capital O Duncanville to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay with excellent customer service. They've earned my business time and time again.

She was friendly, professional, helpful, and made sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. Her excellent customer service truly made a difference and made my experience even better. It’s always a pleasure to encounter someone who genuinely cares about guests and goes the extra mile to provide great service. Sonia is definitely an asset to the team! I appreciate her kindness and professionalism and would absolutely recommend this location to others. I look forward to staying here again! 😊
