I had a fantastic experience with a lovely young lady named Ella who checked me in early, which was incredibly helpful as I was in town for the Liverpool match and the official check-in time was at 3. My room was delightful, clean, and beautifully furnished, and I had a stunning view of the Liver Building, which was an added bonus. I was a bit worried about the room temperature, but it was easy to adjust, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I will definitely be returning to stay here in the future as it was hassle-free, lovely, with a clean room and excellent value for money.

I have stayed here a few times, and the location is simply perfect, right near the Docks, Liverpool 1, and Matthew Street. I was fortunate to be upgraded to a privilege room with stunning views of Princes Dock. The staff are friendly and very helpful, and breakfast is well managed, ensuring it doesn't get too crowded at any given time with half-hour slots. Although some areas of the hotel are a bit dated, that is understandable for a large establishment in the current climate. We found this to be fantastic value for money during the bank holiday and Beatle week.
