I had a fantastic experience with a lovely young lady named Ella who checked me in early, which was incredibly helpful as I was in town for the Liverpool match and the official check-in time was at 3. My room was delightful, clean, and beautifully furnished, and I had a stunning view of the Liver Building, which was an added bonus. I was a bit worried about the room temperature, but it was easy to adjust, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I will definitely be returning to stay here in the future as it was hassle-free, lovely, with a clean room and excellent value for money.

Not a lot to complain about - one of the elevators was out of service, which was a bit of a hassle. The coffee at breakfast could use some improvement as it was rather strong. The location was convenient, the room was pleasant, the breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly.
