Review: I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Mercure Liverpool Atlantic Tower Hotel. From the moment I stepped in, the staff were exceptional — Kike at the front desk and Neil made me feel right at home and were incredibly accommodating throughout my stay. Jan at the breakfast area was just delightful — always so cheerful and friendly — and the bar staff consistently went the extra mile. The roof garden was definitely the highlight of my visit. The view of the Liver Buildings was simply breathtaking, especially in the evenings. I spent a lot of my time up there — it’s tranquil, beautifully kept, and such a unique aspect for a city hotel. I truly loved it and can’t wait to return. My room was a tad small, and the hallways could use a little updating, but honestly, it didn’t bother me — the air conditioning worked flawlessly during a heatwave, keeping my room wonderfully cool and comfortable the entire time. All in all, it’s the staff, the ambiance, and that stunning roof garden that truly made this stay memorable. I’d wholeheartedly recommend it and I’m already excited for my next visit.

We stayed in room 914, which was a fantastic size and offered a lovely view of the Liver Building and the Mersey. The reception team, bar staff, and all the restaurant personnel were outstanding, just like always. The hotel's location is perfect for visiting the Three Graces, the ferry terminal, museums, and making your way to the Albert Docks. If you exit the hotel and turn left, you'll find a charming courtyard that leads you right into the heart of the town. Everything worth seeing is just a short walk from the hotel. We opted for the bed and breakfast package, and the breakfast was superb, featuring a wide variety of both cold and hot dishes, along with juices, coffee, and tea.
