I had a thoroughly enjoyable experience at the Mercure Liverpool Atlantic Tower Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were outstanding — Kike at the front desk and Neil made me feel right at home and were incredibly accommodating throughout my stay. Jan in the breakfast area was simply delightful — always so cheerful and friendly — and the bar staff consistently went above and beyond. The roof garden was undoubtedly the highlight of my visit. The view of the Liver Buildings was absolutely stunning, particularly in the evenings. I spent a great deal of my time up there — it’s peaceful, beautifully maintained, and such a unique feature for a city hotel. I truly loved it and can’t wait to return. My room was a touch small, and the hallways could do with a bit of updating, but honestly, it didn't bother me — the air conditioning worked perfectly during a heatwave, keeping my room wonderfully cool and comfortable throughout my stay. All in all, it’s the staff, the atmosphere, and that magnificent roof garden that really made this stay memorable. I would wholeheartedly recommend it, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

We stayed in room 914, which was a fantastic size and offered a lovely view of the Liver Building and the Mersey. The reception team, bar staff, and all the restaurant personnel were outstanding, just like always. The hotel's location is perfect for visiting the Three Graces, the ferry terminal, museums, and making your way to the Albert Docks. If you exit the hotel and turn left, you'll find a charming courtyard that leads you right into the heart of the town. Everything worth seeing is just a short walk from the hotel. We opted for the bed and breakfast package, and the breakfast was superb, featuring a wide variety of both cold and hot dishes, along with juices, coffee, and tea.
