We stayed in a room-only arrangement and found the reception area to be welcoming, with a perfect location in the city for our visit. We stumbled upon delightful shops and cafes housed in beautiful buildings nearby, which really enhanced our experience. The room was adequate (and we received an upgrade), spacious, and generally clean. The bed was large and extremely comfortable.

I thoroughly enjoyed the parking at this location and had a fantastic experience at Comic-Con during our stay. The room was stunning, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It is perfectly situated in the heart of Bristol city centre, and I really appreciated the air conditioning and the option for late check-out. The parking was truly a significant bonus!
