Everything was fantastic! The room was a good size and spotlessly clean. There was a kettle with tea, milk, sugar, and coffee, along with mugs. I appreciated the two bottles of water and glasses provided. The room had a chair and a bin, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The double bed had a firm mattress and pillows, just how I like it, and the duvet was super comfy and cozy. The 32" TV was a nice touch, and there were plenty of electric sockets available. The bathroom was also a decent size, tidy, and clean, complete with towels and toiletries, plus a hairdryer and hanging space. I was so comfortable that I decided to stay in bed and skip breakfast (which I believe was continental?). It’s just a 5-minute stroll from the railway station, shopping, and bus stops. Even with other guests around, it was surprisingly quiet, unlike some other well-known chains! I had stayed here before when it was under a different name, but it definitely seems to have improved. Both ladies at the reception were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional.

Ich war echt positiv überrascht, wie sauber und ordentlich das Zimmer war. Das Bett war in Ordnung, das WLAN hat gut funktioniert und das Frühstück war auch ganz passabel, man sollte halt nicht zu viel erwarten. Ich hatte meine eigene Marmelade dabei. Am ersten Morgen gab es nur Orangenmarmelade, aber am zweiten Tag hatten sie auch andere Sorten. Man findet auf jeden Fall etwas zu essen. Besonders gut fanden wir, dass die Rezeption rund um die Uhr besetzt war (das stand nicht so in der Beschreibung, dort war bis 23 Uhr angegeben), da wir erst gegen 0:30 Uhr im Hotel angekommen sind. Das Personal war ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Einige unserer Freunde hatten das Problem, dass ihr Zimmer storniert wurde, weil sie nur für eine Nacht gebucht hatten, während wir für zwei Nächte reserviert hatten! Es ist ratsam, das Zimmer gleich zu bezahlen, denn wenn man dann vor der Rezeption steht, könnte man die Polizei rufen! Das hätten wir auf jeden Fall gemacht. Wir hatten ein Konzert direkt gegenüber in der Halle. Für uns war das einfach ideal!
