Everything was fantastic. Particularly the tranquility, friendliness, and flexibility of the staff when we arrived late at 1 am. Again during breakfast – it was truly lovely to experience such warmth while trying to relax. The artwork throughout the hotel was beautiful, and the design and colours were bright and cheerful. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the furnishings were new, and the modern bathroom was spotless. I also appreciated having tea and coffee facilities in the room. The variety of the breakfast was truly impressive, rivaling what you would expect in a 4 or 5-star hotel. One incident really highlighted the professionalism of the staff. A guest arrived at the same time as us and, in a strange turn of events, the glass door shattered. Fortunately, no one was hurt, but the receptionist remained calm and professional, checking to see if she was alright and if she needed any medical assistance. She was a bit shaken but reassured that these things happen and was just relieved to get to her room. By the next morning, everything had been repaired and returned to normal. The way the situation was handled speaks volumes about the hotel and its management team. Considering all that is included, the price per night is an excellent deal.

I found myself in a bit of a predicament when I discovered that my hotel was closed. The receptionist was exceptionally accommodating, even though her hotel was fully booked. I was due to return to Crewe at 22.45 the following day for another night at my 'closed' hotel, and she assured me that she would make sure I was looked after if I chose to stay at her establishment. I decided to go for it—especially after realising I had lost my phone! Once again, she was incredibly helpful. The place was clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was delightful. Truly outstanding!
